SET DOSA

Set dosa is a popular type of dosa in Karnataka, known for its soft, thick, and spongy texture. Unlike the crispy and thin dosas typically found in other parts of India, set dosa is thicker and is usually served in a stack of two or three dosas, hence the name “set.” It’s commonly paired with a variety of chutneys, such as coconut chutney, tomato chutney, and sambar (a lentil-based stew).
